- Commission for business generated (payable weekly)
- Residual commission on certain services and products
- Profit share scheme (our partners and staff shared over £175,000 so far)
- Share option scheme (be rewarded for your contribution to the Company’s growth with a lump sum on retirement, or if we are subject to take over)
We also offer regular meetings so you can meet other Just Wills & Legal Services Estate Planners and exchange business ideas and also be updated with the latest company news. We also provide training and ongoing CPD so you can be confident in giving the best possible Estate Planning advice to clients.
