Thank you for choosing to create a will with Just Wills and Legal Services. A member of our team will contact you as soon as possible to either arrange a home visit or book an appointment to discuss your will over the phone or via video call.

When Will You Receive Your Will?

Once you’ve spoken to our will writing specialists and drawn up your document, we will send out your completed will within 21 days.

What Happens Once You’ve Received Your Will

Keep it Safe

When your document arrives, be sure to store it safely and inform your executors about where it is. We offer a secure storage service starting from just £30 a year to provide complete peace of mind.

Remember to Update

It’s important to keep your will up-to-date to reflect changes in circumstances, such as a change of address. We provide a free updating service as part of our Customer Care Package to make small changes.
