Just Wills and Legal Services announce acquisition of Affinity Wills Legal Group

Just Wills and Legal Services Ltd (JWALS) is delighted to announce the acquisition of the Affinity Wills Group, based in Chelmsford, Essex, which completed on the 18th May 2016.

This latest addition to the JWALS family (acquired through its acquisition vehicle, PHDM Holdings Ltd) builds on the nationwide expansion and acquisition plan that will make JWALS the leading home-visit Wills, Estate Planning and Probate service in the country.

JWALS CEO, David McMaster says, “We are very excited to acquire a company of the calibre of Affinity Wills. Based in Essex, Affinity Wills is a substantial legal services business founded in 1999, and has helped over 100,000 customers with Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Probate over the years.

This recent development follows on from 2015’s acquisition of Questor UK Ltd and Cheshire Wills. Just Wills and Legal Services is now on track to become one of the largest and most respected businesses of its type in the country.
