I founded Just Wills & Legal Services in 2013 with a highly experienced group of Consultants and Partners that I had worked with for many years. We wanted to bring together people who had a passion for what they do and create the best Estate Planning business in the country.
Our founding staff, Consultants and Partners all worked with me at their previous companies. Together they have been giving advice and guidance to customers across the country for many decades.
We have helped over 100,000 clients plan their inheritance, protect their families and assets and ensure those who have lost capacity for whatever reason ensure they are properly supported.
We recognise that when it comes to writing your Will, you want a business that places you at the heart of its ethos and we are proud of our association with the Society of Will Writers which exists to protect members and clients and have previously served on its board.
Our legal document production is delivered by a highly skilled and knowledgeable team who take their high level advice from a group of STEP qualified practitioners assisting us to work to the highest possible standards, thus ensuring your documents work when you most need them. The documents are produced to the very highest standards demanded by our profession.
In 2002 I was one of the founders of The Professional Association of Legal Services (PALS) which guarantees continuity of service and I am delighted that we continue to be members of this organisation.

Meet The Team
David founded the business in 2013 when he left Just Wills Group which he had been instrumental in growing since 2002. He has an in depth knowledge of the sector and strives to build a business which has individual advice at its core. David has previously served on the executive board of our regulator, The Society of Will Writers and has always ensured a trusting company to client relationship. You can be sure you are well looked after.
Annie is a Solicitor with over 20 years’ experience and started working with the company as a Consultant Solicitor in May 2018 providing a legal service to both the company and to its clients, which includes legal advice and the drafting of Trust deeds and all work associated with Trusts and property.
Lucy joined the company in May 2021 as Finance and Operations Manager where she manages all aspects of the Accounting function, plus supervising the busy office. She has worked in many businesses over the years and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in the fields of Finance and Administration.
Estelle joined in February 2017. She oversees the storage and returns of client documents. She also deals with the day to day admin.
Jennifer joined the team in June 2017 as a business studies apprentice, bringing with her IT and administrative skills. She also processes the registered Lasting Power of Attorney documents, and assists in the storage department, ensuring clients documents are dealt with efficiently.
Steve joined the company in March 2018 as our Finance Manager. He is responsible for all aspects of accounting and finance, and has many years’ experience across a wide range of businesses.
Johanna joined the company in July 2014 as our Legal Administrator. She specialises in Lasting Power of Attorneys (LPAs) and is responsible for the drafting and registering of these documents. Having also previously been a Will Writer, she uses her knowledge to provide excellent advice to our clients. She regularly provides training on LPA’s to other professionals, so you can be assured your documents are drafted to the highest standard.
Joining the company in November 2020 as Digital Marketing Manager, Tara is an experienced Digital Marketing specialist and is responsible for marketing, brand and communications at Just Wills and Legal Services.
A recent law graduate aspiring to be a solicitor, Karen joined the team in August 2021 as Legal Assistant. Karen’s next academic goal is to complete her upcoming studies for the LLM Legal Practice Course at BPP University. She is trilingual, speaking Shona, Ndebele and English and in her spare time you’ll find her at the gym, travelling and enjoying music.
